[KONSEC Konnektor Users] Konsec konnector tab option

Kolab Architecture paper version 1.9.9 gives more information on this.
This doc confirms what I thought, in case someone ever wants to know, the
docs state the following about reader freebusy

The read access freebusy option can be used fore groups.

The admin of the group can give read access to a user + set the freebusy
option to readers , which results in the freebusy file of the user to
include freebusy data of the group calendar.

Kind regards,
Pieter
Able

Ok,

Found some documentation about itin the kolab+toltec documentation (Proko2
Doc3). Can anybody confirm my explanation?

A I understand it this option allows the enduser to control whether the
calendar should be used to create his freebusy file. Setting it to No free
busy will exclude appointments from the calendar in the freebuys file of the
user.

Admin access rights is needed for the automated script on the kolab server
to create your freebusy file

Reader access allows the automatic script on the kolab server + users with
read access on the calendar to view your freebusy info. Not sure why this
option is needed though.

Kind regards,
Pieter

Subject: [KONSEC Konnektor Users] Konsec konnector tab option

Hi,

In the properties of for example the calendar folder, the Konsec Konnektor
tab, a special field exists with following options:

No free busy
Freebusy for admins
Freebusy for readers

I suppose this option allows somehow to control the way the kolab server is
creating the freebusy files but it is not clear to my how it works. Can
anybody explain me how it works?

Kind regards,
Pieter
